The drastic ups and downs are starting to worry me.
Should I talk to my Tumblarity? Should I stage an intervention? I care too much to see my Tumblarity go through something and not say anything about it.
the way i take care of my tumblarity is that i dont care or look at it.

I use the official tumblr app. Reblogging and adding a comment is a pain. A lot of posts with a bunch of reblogs go off the page and are unreadable. Both minor annoyances but seemingly easy fixesOkay, tumblr. Time to up your game and make this iPhone app work better. It’s kind of an annoyance to use anymore.

Last night we played the show with New Found Glory. It was an awesome time, there were tons of kids, and for the most part it seemed like we made a pretty good impression. The highlight of the night was when Chad handed Tim his guitar to finish Hit or Miss. NFG has been Tim’s favorite band since he was 12, so he was rightfully pumped. I took the video of him playing, but it was either too loud and the audio cut out, or maybe my dumb ass just had my hand over the mic on my phone. Either way, I got the video of it going down. I could not have been more stoked for Tim last night. It was an awesome time. NFG dudes are all super nice, as well as both Fallen From The Sky and Title Fight. The singer from Fallen From The Sky told me we were the best local opener of the tour so far, which was really flattering. I think last night was kind of a boost of morale for us all and I can’t wait to get even more good things going for us. If only we could afford a van we’d be out of this crappy state. Until then, I guess we’ll just keep writing for our full length and hanging out hard…

Busy
I have a busy couple of weeks coming up. I got a temp job making calls and annoying people with political surveys. I have to work there almost full time up until election day (nov. 3) then I guess it’s back on the hunt.
Thursday after work I’ll be attempting to shoot up to the Kling House to see Sakes Alive. Hopefully my car makes it.
Friday night is the Get Up Kids. I’m pretty stoked. I originally didnt think I’d get to go but my friend ended up with an extra ticket. Pretty siked to see one of my favorite bands. Also get to see Kevin Devine again. Always a great time.
Band practice Tuesday. New songs, etc.
Wednesday night Kids United gets to play with fucking New Found Glory- another favorite of mine for years and years. I am beyond excited. We’ll play first. I don’t know if that means when the doors open, but I’ll be happy if 15 kids hear us and like us. I’m also stoked that I finally get to see Title Fight and Fallen From The Sky. Both of those bands rule. No matter what happens that night, it just gets me incredibly excited when I realize that I’m playing with one of my favorite bands.
After that it will be halloween. I was gonna go as a dude from the Dharma Initiative, but now I’m not even sure what I’ll be doing.
Then it will be election day and I’ll be on the job hunt again.
All of this while I code and design and write and get things ready for the launch of my personal blog/website/download page. Pretty cool stuff to keep my mind busy.
